Ethical Sourcing and Responsible Mining:
  • We Commit to sourcing diamonds only from ethical and responsible operations.
  • Implementation of a transparent supply chain tracking via ItraceIT and Tracr to ensure traceability back to the source and will steadily increase the portion of the traced diamond and will actively promote diamond segregation within our markets.

Environmental Conservation:
  • We commit to reduce carbon footprint by optimizing transportation routes and investing in ecofriendly packaging.
  • Implement energy-efficient practices in our distribution processes.
  • Indirectly Support reforestation and biodiversity conservation initiatives in regions impacted by mining activities and prioritizing suppliers that are involved in such initiatives.
Community Engagement and Development:
  • Invest in development projects in diamond-producing regions, focusing on education, healthcare, and infrastructure such as a cleaning water in Zona Maekel, Eritrea and in Kono, Sierra Leone.
  • As an Active KPTF member of the WDC to the KPCS-Assisting to Foster partnerships with local organizations to empower communities and improve livelihoods.
Innovation in Sustainable Practices:
  • Develop sustainable alternatives such as recycled diamonds and increase the portion of recycled diamonds within our overall trade.
  • Collaborate with industry peers and experts to share best practices and drive innovation in sustainable diamond practices.
Consumer Education and Awareness:
  • Educate consumers about the social and environmental impacts of diamond mining and the importance of choosing ethically sourced diamonds via newsletters, articles, online information etc.
  • Provide transparent information about the origin and journey of certain diamonds, empowering consumers to make informed purchasing decisions.
  • Engage with stakeholders through marketing campaigns, social media, and educational initiatives to promote ethical and sustainable practices in the diamond industry.
Certifications and Standards Compliance:
  • Maintain Responsible Jewelry Council (RJC) COP certification to demonstrate commitment to ethical and sustainable practices, As well as ICA AEM.
  • Adhere to international standards and guidelines for responsible sourcing of diamonds.
  • WDC SOW Compliance to adhere industry best practices.
  • Regularly review and update internal policies and procedures to ensure compliance with industry regulations and best practices.
